 PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Coordinate new acquisitions with the land broker, surveyor, environmental companies and other team members, while meeting timelines. 

  • Responsible for auditing land packages ensuring that all aspects of the acquisition regulations with the AER have been met with respect to D56 as well as AER licensing requirements. 

  • Researched and monitored regulations surrounding wildlife and the environment with the AER. 

  • Created a working relationship and understanding with various first nation bands, as well as other community stakeholders.

  • Developed effective road use system and incorporated the maintenance billing. Resulting in recouping maintenance fees. 

  • Set up third party agreement procedures, issued and maintained agreements. 

  • Responsible for all annual rentals for both crown and freehold properties. 

  • Responsible for A&D for surface acquisitions and sales. 

  • Transferred well site and pipeline licenses with the AER.

  • Crown disposition renewal applications, including knowledge of basic environmental and survey requirements and how to request variances for legacy properties
